Clinical candidates delivered into the ATS and CRM you already use
Expa integrates with the major applicant tracking systems and recruiting CRMs, so healthcare recruiters get interested clinical candidates where they already work, and ATS and CRM companies can offer real clinical sourcing to their healthcare customers.
In plain terms
What does Expa do for ATS and CRM platforms?
Expa integrates with iCIMS, Workday, Oracle Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Bullhorn, Loxo and other major applicant tracking systems, along with recruiting CRMs such as Gem. Once connected, Expa pushes interested, screened clinical candidates straight into the right requisition or list, so recruiters never have to leave their system or copy profiles across by hand.
For ATS and CRM companies, Expa is a way to give healthcare customers something their software cannot do on its own: find clinicians who are not applying. Expa can run inside your product as embedded sourcing, work the open requisitions that are getting no applicants, and be resold to your healthcare customers on a revenue share.
Systems Expa integrates with
Using a system that is not listed? Expa connects to it through our API.
What Expa brings to your platform
Candidates land in your system
Expa pushes interested, screened candidates straight into the matching requisition in the ATS or the right list in the CRM, with their credentials and contact details attached.
Requisitions with no applicants get worked
Expa watches the open reqs that are not drawing applicants and goes hunting for clinicians who fit, the same way it does for job boards.
Sourcing built into your product
ATS and CRM companies can offer Expa's clinician supply and agents inside their own product, as an add-on or marketplace app for their healthcare customers.
Resell it on a revenue share
ATS and CRM companies can sell Expa to their healthcare customers and earn a share, the same partnership model associations use.

Questions
Does Expa integrate with Workday, iCIMS and Bullhorn?
Yes. Expa integrates with Workday Recruiting, iCIMS and Bullhorn, along with Oracle Taleo, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Recruiting, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Loxo, JobDiva and Ceipal, and with recruiting CRMs including Gem, Beamery, Avature and Phenom. If your system is not listed, Expa can connect through its API.
How does the integration work?
Once your ATS or CRM is connected, Expa pushes interested, screened clinical candidates into the matching requisition or list, with their credentials and contact details. Recruiters work the candidates in the system they already use, so there is no second inbox and no copying profiles across.
Can Expa find candidates for requisitions with no applicants?
Yes. Expa can watch the open requisitions in your ATS that are not drawing applicants, search its clinician database for people who fit, contact them directly and bring the interested ones back into the requisition.
We are an ATS or CRM company. How do we partner with Expa?
There are three ways, and most partners combine them. Embed Expa's sourcing inside your product as an add-on or marketplace app, resell it to your healthcare customers on a revenue share, or build on our API. We work out the right model on a demo call.
Does this work for healthcare staffing firms on Bullhorn or Loxo?
Yes. Staffing firms using Bullhorn, Loxo, JobDiva or Ceipal get candidates pushed into their system the same way a health system on Workday or iCIMS does.
Our ATS is not on the list. Can we still use Expa?
Yes. Expa connects to other systems through its API, and new native integrations get added based on what customers use.
